Charlea is a scholar of African American Studies and a creative with a foundation in the music industry, dedicated to building spaces where art and community intersect to foster healing and empowerment. Her work focuses on utilizing music as a social enterprise to address systemic inequities and create opportunities for underrepresented voices to be amplified and celebrated.

Through her education, talents, and strategic funding initiatives, Charlea curates transformative events, bridges cultural divides, and designs spaces of refuge through sound and storytelling. Her mission is to leverage creative expression as a tool for social impact, community restoration, and collective healing.
